Kenya photographic travel
18-30 September 2019
During the annual migration, the workshop will take place in the boundless Masai Mara savanadel, one of the most fascinating places in Kenya, characterized by plains and rolling hills dotted with acacias. The reserve is considered one of the gems of Kenya for the richness and diversity of the fauna present and will also offer the opportunity to meet the Masai, a proud tribe that lives on the plateau.
The Masai Mara National Reserve is a protected area of savannah in southwestern Kenya, along the border with Tanzania. It houses animals such as lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos. Wildebeests cross its plains during the annual migration. The landscape includes grassy plains and rolling hills crossed by the Mara and Talek rivers. The surrounding area is dotted with Masai villages (enkang). It will be an unforgettable photographic workshop that will give great emotions experienced in a unique natural setting and in an elegant and comfortable resort, the Saruni Mara, located in the heart of the reserve. During the trip there will be meetings to examine the shots and learn basic post-production techniques.
Let’s live together the experience of a photographic journey in Kenya. Each of the Workshops has not only the goal of bringing unique experiences to unexplored places in the world, but also to refine one’s photographic technique.
